Lesson Policies & Procedures
Please review the following policies before booking lessons. Enrollment confirms agreement with all policies.
Registration & Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled weekly at a reserved time. This time is held exclusively for each student. Availability is limited and based on schedule openings.
Lesson Format
Lessons are offered in 30- or 45-minute private sessions.Online lessons are available via FaceTime or Zoom when needed.
Tuition & Payment
Lesson fees are based on enrollment, not attendance, and secure your reserved time. Payments are due as agreed upon at registration. All payments are non-refundable. Late payments may result in paused or discontinued lessons until the balance is resolved.
Missed Lessons & Cancellations
If a student is unable to attend, advance notice is appreciated .Missed lessons are not guaranteed to be made up. Any rescheduling is at the instructor’s discretion.
Tardiness
Students are expected to arrive on time. Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
Practice Expectations
Regular practice at home is essential for progress. Students should come prepared with their instrument and assigned materials.
Online Lessons
Online lessons follow the same structure and expectations as in-person lessons. Students should have a reliable internet connection, proper setup, and a quiet learning space.
Respect & Conduct
Students are expected to show respect for the instructor, instruments, and learning environment at all times.
Discontinuing Lessons
If you choose to stop lessons, please provide advance notice. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Dismissal
I reserve the right to discontinue lessons at any time if policies are not followed or if the learning environment is not being respected.
Photographic Release & Liability Waiver
Photos or short videos may be taken during lessons or performances for use on my website, social media, or promotional materials. By enrolling, students (and parents/guardians, if under 18) grant permission for this use unless a written request is made to opt out.
All reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment. By participating, students and parents/guardians acknowledge any inherent risks and agree that the instructor is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
Policy Updates
Policies may be updated at any time. Continued enrollment indicates acceptance of any updates.
